Cogia AG acquires majority stake in GmbH


Frankfurt, September 8, 2021 - Cogia AG announced today that it is acquiring 51% of the shares in, Bonn, a wholly owned subsidiary of mVISE AG (Deutsche Börse Scale, ISIN DE0006204589), with immediate effect.

Cogia AG (ISIN DE000A3H2226) is a specialist for AI-based solutions in the areas of Big Data analytics, customer satisfaction management and media monitoring, and with the acquisition will also gain a specialist for interfaces to a wide range of SaaS providers.

The acquisition of 51% will be made in exchange for cash, and a contractual arrangement has also been made for the remaining 49%.
